I am so honored to do this work. I am here to guide you through the journey of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. Birth is a sacred ceremony. Whether you choose to birth in a hospital, birth center or at home, each is beautiful and deserving of celebration. As your doula, I believe in your vision, I trust in your strength, and I remind you of the power within you that has been passed down from generation to generation.

About Me
Who I Am
I am a birth and postpartum doula serving the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley. My first pregnancy and birth journey fostered a sense of empowerment and an amazing connection with my body, my intuition and my baby. I did hypnobirthing and was able to manage my breath and make informed decisions. I wanted to share with the world that they too can take back their power and have a positive birth experience. This is when I knew that it was my calling to become a doula. The word “doula” is an ancient Greek word meaning ‘woman caregiver’, and in my practice I offer support to women and their partners before, during and after childbirth. My role is to help facilitate safe, positive and empowering birthing experiences by offering the information, emotional support and physical support needed during this time. Whether you have a vaginal birth, cesarean, medicated, or unmedicated, the goal is for you to birth how you choose with minimal unnecessary intervention. Explanation of Doula Services
This FREE phone consultation can be held via zoom if preferred. From our initial conversation all the way through your pregnancy and delivery, I take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs. I’m always available to contact by phone/email throughout and will provide everything you require to make sure your experience is as calm and positive as possible.
Prenatal Visits

As your doula I am committed to your health and the wellbeing of your growing family, available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any and all questions you may have.
Postpartum Support
Offering Support
As a postpartum doula I assist the family with the transition of bringing home baby and integrating them into the daily routine. During the day I can assist with making quick meals, laundry, light house chores, breastfeeding support, baby wearing support, cloth diapering, belly binding, and other duties as discussed. Overnight shifts can give the parent(s) time to catch up on some much needed rest, especially in the first few months.
Placenta Encapsulation

Placenta encapsulation is the practice of ingesting the placenta after it has been steamed, dehydrated, ground, and placed into gelatin or vegetable capsules. The purpose of Placentophagy is to reintroduce the beneficial vitamins, minerals, hormones, proteins, and other nutrients to the birthing person’s body following birth. Placentophagy has been known to help restore a more balanced body functions, prevent “baby-blues” and the more serious postpartum depression, increase breast-milk production, shorten postpartum healing time, increase maternal energy levels, and provide an overall feeling of wellnes.
