Private Insurance Package

The standing recommendation authorizes the following services:

​

  • One initial visit

  • Up to eight hours that may be provided in any combination of prenatal and postpartum visits (Example: If you use 4 hours during pregnancy then you will have 4 hours left over to use for postpartum care)

  • Support during labor and delivery (including labor and delivery resulting in a stillbirth), abortion, or miscarriage

  • TWO extended three-hour postpartum visits​​
