Prenatal Support

2 Prenatal Visits that cover:​

Postpartum Doula

$30-35/ hr

  • Breastfeeding support (referral to a lactation consultant if needed)

  • Emotional support (referral to a mental health provider if needed)

  • Feeding and sleeping cycles

  • Caring for your baby so you can rest

  • Basic household tasks 

  • Organization of supplies

  • Helping with baby care and baby wearing, guiding you as you learn


I agree to work with you on a predetermined schedule, subject to availability and mutually agreeable hours. I do require a minimum of 30 hours. Shifts are typically between 4-6 hours per day.

Prenatal Yoga

Benefits of Prenatal Yoga

Much like other types of childbirth-preparation classes, prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. Research suggests that prenatal yoga is safe and can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies.

Research suggests that prenatal yoga can:

  • Improve sleep

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth

  • Decrease lower back pain, nausea, carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms, headaches and shortness of breath

Prenatal yoga can also help you meet and bond with other pregnant women and prepare for the stress of being a new parent.

Postpartum Belly Binding

$150

  • Bengkung belly binding has traditionally been used to provide the postpartum body the support to assist the abdominal wall muscle retraction, improve posture, support loosened ligaments, and provide support to the torso while vital organs return to their pre-pregnancy size and positon.

  • These services include: providing the wrap, teaching you how to wrap yourself, teaching your partner how to wrap you

  • Please allow 1-1.5 hours for this session

Birth Doula

Includes all of the above plus...​

  • 24 hr On-Call Availability from 38-42 weeks

  • Available at any hour to meet you once you are in labor and need me

  • Labor support at home, birthing center, or hospital

  • Suggestions for positions to help labor progress 

  • Support for client’s partner

  • Rebozo, Birthing ball, Aromatherapy

  • Immediate Postpartum Support up to 1 hour after birth

  • Breastfeeding support 

  • List of referrals as needed 

  • 1 Postpartum Visit within 2 weeks
