Amanda's Water Birth

I wanted to provide you all with the link to the YouTube video of my water birth! As I wrote in my last blog, I watched YouTube videos to help envision my own birth. I really aimed to remain as calm as possible and be in a state of allowance. Trust is a huge part of birth! We must trust ourselves, trust in our bodies, and trust in our babies to work in harmony for the best possible outcome. Please share if you feel it may help someone visualize their birth.
